Oftentimes the airline is able to assist passengers with cancelling a booking, changing or reissuing a ticket. If they are unable to assist then we recommend requesting a callback from our after hours partner, Hickory Solutions365.

Hickory Solutions365 provides after hours emergency service assistance to customers and charges fees per call arrangement. Hickory Solutions365 is a preferred supplier to many top travel agency networks. They have an outstanding reputation for servicing customers with travel emergencies. They will provide customers with the necessary assurance that if there is an after hours emergency they will have access to an experienced travel agent who will assist them.

Each call is billable at a non-negotiable rate of $50.00 per booking accessed. Additional charges may be incurred for ticket changes.
